Default Ever look UNDER your car?

The other day I was in the shop looking at the underside of my car while on the rack. What a surprise! Did I get ripped off??

Not so sure its a truck - wide running boards coming off the front fenders make me think 1930s 2-door coupe? Must be early because by the late 30s wood flooring was disappearing. OTOH I don't recall piston shocks in use in that era. And the tires are wide for that vintage, too. So maybe its a resto-rod?

I've only played under a few cars/trucks of that age - so what is it?

Is this a new model? Looks like Porsche is going "green" with a wooden frame. Probably very lightweight too.

I knew this VW takeover would result in production cost cuts. This must be the upcoming Cayenne Hybrid.

My question is how do birds position themselves so that they crap under the car?
