I like the side stripes on the model in your avatar better.

Simply remove them! Just a decal, not paint.

I added some stripes as a 2 year anniversary of ownership mod. I'll give it a go for awhile. It certainly seems to bring more comments when out and about from those unfamiliar with the car.

That's exactly why I wouldn't get them! I even ordered mine with model designation delete. The average Californian thinks it's just another of the million Porsches he sees every day and ignores it.

Different strokes and all that...

Not following you YA. I have a home in Westchester, Manhattan and Southampton, so I am also among a significant amount of P-cars.
If you say, the P-cars are a dime a dozen in your area, then how does your model designation delete set you a part or differentiate from the others?

Well that was my point -- I'd rather not stand out and draw unnecessary attention. Just a personal preference.

FWIW, the main reason for deleting the logo was to give it a cleaner look (imo) and make it easier to wash (dry...), wax, etc.

Pttrash: Please post some high res pictures of your car.
I'm really holding out for your color scheme with red belts.
I saw a GT2 or GT3 with the mirrors also painted Guards red, it looked very nice!
