Default Clear tailights on 2011c4s?

Any thoughts on whether clear tailights look better on a new c4s? If so is there an aftermarket company that sells them that anyone recommends or just buy them OEM from the dealer. thanks in advance.

Do you really hate the standard lights so much that you are willing to spend your hard earned cash on something you don't even get to see that much? I mean, if you are itching to mod the car a bit, why not get more sound out of that motor, for example. This way others will notice it AND you will enjoy the sound while driving the car. Or get some interior upgrades, like alcantara or carbon fibre. Or better yet, spend it on track days and keep the car stock!

hmmmm I certainly don't want RICE! I thought it looked a bit more Euro if anything...it is a factory option is it not?? A bit louder huh, i would not mind that but I did not get sport exhaust. What do I do that makes it a bit louder but over the top?

get all red ones - they look great, spendy from Porsche, I'm sure, but may be some after market ones

I went with Gundo Hack (see pic bellow) and Fabspeed X-pipe. Best sound/$, imo. Welder should cost you no more than $250, x-pipe another $550. You can remove it yourself without a lift. DIY instructions available upon request, courtesy of RLer Rijowysock (Thanks, Pal). No need to remove the bumper either.

I think the clear tails look pissa.

About a $600 option from the factory.

Use your 20% off factory coupon at your dealer until the end of March.

You could take the derivative of "why spend money on those lights" all the way to "why buy a Porsche when you can take the bus."

The factory's new clear tail lights look AWFUL - cheesy, desperate and in poor taste.

But, that opinion is worth exactly what you paid for it.

Not a big fan of the clears, but they may look better on lighter paints than they do on dark. Just my opinion.
