has anybody had any flat spot issues with these tires? I'm going out of town for a week, so the car will be sitting for a while. I was wondering what to expect when I drive the car for the first time afterwards.

I was out of town for two weeks, with no noticeable flat spotting . I now have over 1K miles on the tires and they stick, less road noise. Very, very pleased. Only thing left is to see what mileage I get on the rears, since they have a mileage warranty of 15K, I should get that at a minimum

and yes, I'm interested to see the wear on the rears (although my last set of PS2's had 16k and the rears were just at the wear bars, though there were lots of interstate miles on that set)

If wear is good these can really be a great buy....I have one track day and now about 300 miles on them...really liking them so far.

I've been told by TireRack that current plans are to N rate the PSS for the new 991. As of a month ago, when I bought my set, nobody seems to know when or if Michelin will N rate them for the 997.
I have to say - I've had N rated PS2s, PZero (N2's) and RE050A tires on my last couple of 911's. The PSS's I presently have handle as well or better than any of them.
I used to worry (a little) about whether a tire was N rated. No more. These are great. I have one track day so far and I'm interested to see if the mileage is really going to be that much better than the PS2's.
