To all, Thank You. The wheels have been a challenge to keep clean but Porsche cleaner seems to work ok. After I run out, a friend in the local club recommended P21S.
Manual, do we need a "stinkin' manual"? <GRIN>
Just kidding, had an 08 Cayman S before this one and an 84 Carrera before that. The biggest change was the PCM as the Cayman had the CDR-24.
I'm sure I'll have many questions, like changing to the Carrera IV 18" wheels, like the look as the ones I currently have are 19s. A friend who owns a Carrera S said my wheels are to big for the HP I have (235/35/19 & 295/35/19). Not sure about that comment, but I hope to find out in some DEs and Autocrosses.
I do have one serious question, I drove at a local 2.5 mile road course and had trouble keeping myself in the seat. Automotion has something called a "Lap Lock", looking at the pictures it looks like it replaces the male end of the seatbelt with a locking part the seems to lock the lap part of the seatbelt to prevent the driver from sliding in the seat.
Has anyone used this? Are there any recommendations? The same friend indicated my standard seats could not used with a harness.

CG lock is popular with Autocrossers: http://www.cg-lock.com/index.html
Don't listen to your friend. if you don't have a lot of experience yet doing Drivers Ed or Autocross, your wheels are fine. Now, once you slide down the slope of doing lots of events I would encourage a second set of rims for "track tires" and one for "street tires", but I don't know if you are there yet.
PCA does NOT allow the use of 5/6/7pt harnesses with STOCK seats since there is no proper routing for the belts. You would need to change seats to run harnesses. You would also need to mount the harnesses on something like a rollbar.. see how this slope gets slippery?

One way to get the seat belt (stock) to work for you is to slide the seat back, adjust the seat belt, yank on it to lock up the inertia reel, and then holding the belt tight, bring the seat position back to the front again (driving position). The seat belt will be locked up with you securely in it.
