Default 997.1 Dectane LED Lights installed

When I first saw the rottec LEDs I liked them, but when I saw this alternate version for the 997.1 Dectane with a lower price point and closer to an OEM look- I contacted orange tuning and ordered a set.

Attached are some before and after pics..
The new Carerra Classic 19s will be here tomorrow, I think i'll miss the Sport Designs a bit.

enjoy..

Great photos and thanks for posting. Mind sharing more info on price and order details? Is there a matching set for the fronts yet? Love the OEM look.

Thanks. I love the new look...

Here are the details if you wish to order a set.

Merchant
Orange Tuning
info@orange-tuning.de

The cost was a total of 414 Euros. 35 of that was shipping.
Depending on the exchange rate you may save or spend a few bucks extra. For me $613 USD.

Comes with an extra set of resisters for certain models that need it, mine didn't. No mods necessary. 1 screw holding the light, and a single electric connector. 5 -10 minute DIY.

Cheers.

Very nice look - please let us know if any condensation or other issues arise.

Condensation was/is a problem with the 997.2 OEM tails and the Rotec ones. I have not hear a person complained about the Dectane lights, I have them as well and so far no issues.

Nice. Very nice. If I resist the pull of the 2012 GTS and keep my C2S then I will swap. Thanks for the photos and details.

Anyone try one of the smoked varieties? I'm thinking that would look great on a white car with black painted wheels.

Hi Sikhi, Thanks for the info. They look great. One question.. Does the rear fog light option on your light switch work with these lights?? I read somewhere there was a problem with this working with LED lights.. Any comments?? Thanks..

Rear fog light (left side in the US) works just fine.

I've had very good luck with the ROTtec once I got it hooked up right. (Their installation instructions leave much to be desired). No fogging, either, now.
