newbie question - how to close bonnet without..
Just bought a 2009 C4S - black paint is spotless with a clear bra covering the front half of the hood...er, bonnet. I can open it w/o putting hand prints on the paint, but how do those of you with black paint close it w/o smudging the paint? I can keep a MF towel in the car, but is there a better solution? One can't simply 'drop' the bonnet from, say 12' - 24" inches, b/c the spring latch is too strong. Solutions?

When I first read this and saw "MF towel", I was impressed with your use a profane acronym. I mean, this is a Porsche, I can't use no regular towel, I need an m'effen towel for this biatch!
Then I realized you meant microfiber.
You have to manually push the frunk closed the last little bit. Some dudes press down on the crest, others use their shirt sleeve. I think your MF towel is probably a best practice.
