Don't tempt us! Dangerous daydreaming material!

I have a vacation home in that area and always dream about driving those roads in a proper car. But as we road trip to the cabin, I am stuck in the SUV.

Amazing drive going east on sonora pass. Coming down the east side is spectacular.

Perhaps it is time to make the dream reality?!

I'm seriously thinking about returning with the 997 to Sonora Pass: there was minimal traffic and the fall color is outstanding...

Perhaps a group drive?!

^^ Yuss! I love that pass- I took it on a whim one day hustling up the 395, and said, "I wonder where this road goes?" Epic.

Not sure what's up with that image link, but...

That's nothing compared to the switchbacks and mountain passes here in Florida.

Swapped out the 19" PZeros for 18" Sottozeros. Days are starting out below 40 and the lack of grip was really noticeable.

Replaced a blow exhaust gasket between the header and cats. Surprisingly my fat a$$ was able to do it without jacking the car up!

I surprised myself and bought a brand new (but used) set of Carrera Classics to replace my Carrera Classics. Haha.

I like the OG rims, and they were a great price.

I'll probably sell my old ones at a great price too. They're not perfect, but they've been refinished and are pretty good. PM if interested.

I'll probably make a listing this week sometime.

For $6 dollars and some elbow grease, I gave my rear bumper a GTS look. The plasti dip finish looks OEM and sticks really well. I messed up my edges the first time around, but luckily the plasti dip peels right off when you want to remove it.

Flushed brake fluid with ~1L of ATE SL DOT 4. Used a Motive power bleeder and followed
. Brake pedal is noticeably more firm now.

I'd like it, but can see what you did the product on....taillights?
