I did.. 5 coats of red, 3 coats of clear. Baked twice between base and clear.

Honestly, not sure I like it. Thinking of taking the door handles to black and leaving the center console trim red.

Default Had the 997 RUF wrapped

Picked up the 997 RUF Kompressor conversion from Miller Decals in Atlanta, GA. Changed color from Meteor Gray to 3M Gloss Fiery Orange and Matt Black. Jim at Miller decals added his own personal touch with the RUF stripes on the sides. Can't believe it is the same car. Very happy with it! Original color Meteor Gray
Finishing touches at Miller Decals

WOW. Quite the transformation. Is the hood black or CF wrapped. What about the rear wing - meteor grey or CF?

Hood is Matt Black wrap. Rear wing I kept in the original CF. They did wrap the front turn signals in CF wrap, since the Original CF was looking worn.

I wish the PO of my car hadn't painted the rear wing silver and had left it original CF. My body guy says the CF would likely get damaged if we tried to strip the paint off and I can't risk damaging something that expensive. Want to trade wings? You could paint or wrap mine in black to match your hood

Replaced motor mounts with factory mounts. Drivers side in perfect condition when removed, passenger side toast. Oil leaking, very loose.

Wrapped the lower rear vallance.

What a pain for a first timer. Not sure how folks do the whole car... what a skill. Looks good from 1 ft away but no where near perfect.

Installed the new steering wheel. Bought the alcantara wheel from suncoast and promptly shipped it to Dallas custom steering wheel to have it re trimmed in combination alcantara and leather with the red stripe.

Tex,

Did you DIY the engine mount job, or have an Indy do it? I've got 70k on my 2010 C4S Cab, and I'm thinking it may be time to do this as well ....
