Ordered Cargraphic Sport Catalyser X-Pipe from Deutschland yesterday. Also replacing my problematic Fabspeed headers with a set from Agency power.

Speaking of DB^ (as in Aston Martin), this may be blasphemy, I'm sorry.! Saw an Aston Martin Vantage Roadster this evening. I looked at the guy driving it, he looked at me, and I said, " Do you want to trade?". There was a pregnant pause where we both actually thought about it - and the my wife said, "Hello, back to reality!"otherwise, it might have happened. Love my GTS, but there is just something special about that Satanic Aston Martin. It's like the good angel, F. Porsche is one shoulder and the bad angel, Lionel Martin is othe other!

Put a new lip on the aerokit bumper from eBay. I think Bayson... Looks great and fits great. Should have done it long ago!

SSK, etc
Thanks Robo!
Seems like I'm working on the car every day! Yesterday, I cleaned up some loose ends from my spark plug job last weekend. I had to take the exhaust manifolds off again bc I wanted to put on new gaskets. I also put on new bolts to the block and new nuts to the cats. And some anti-seize!
Today, I took out the shift boot and center console. I wanted to do the SSK DIY and I know I already did the hard part, but I'm traveling next week and getting a Guard LSD (Really a Quaife-type TBD) installed while I'm away. While they're in there, I'll get a new stock clutch and keep the stock flywheel, as long as it still looks good.
I decided that I'd get the Numeric Racing shifter. Since I'm doing the DIY, I figure I can afford more expensive parts. Did you catch that rationalization?! So I talked myself into getting their new Cup-type shifter cables as well. I figured I could attempt the install and have the indy shop bail me out while they install the tranny stuff. Unfortunately, the shifter got delayed and I'm just going to have Goldcrest install the whole thing.
I took apart the console to save some shop hours, but also to get some DIY satisfaction. But the main reason is that the Numeric shifter is supposed to be a work of art and if I didn't handle the console, I'd never get a chance to see it in the flesh.
Here's a shot of the console removed, and I'll take some better pics with the shifter in when I pick the car up on July 8th.

I'm not familiar with the brakes on the base. I thought I saw somewhere that it's easier on the S but I'm not sure. I changed my pads and rotors on my S and it was fairly easy.
Good luck with it and use the DIYs here!

LOL took me forever, as first times of anything usually do. But the motive bleeder worked like a charm.
IIRC brakes on the base & S are pretty much the same design, the S just gets beefier parts.
(And I know that because I once misordered and got an S rotor by accident. Didn't realize it until we found the caliper wouldn't fit on it! Duh.)
