Stripped, clay bared, then used chemical guys blacklight x 2, jetseal x 2, then V7. Interior was cleaned, then used Formula 303 for rubber, gummiphlege for seals.

Front end needs a respray but will wait until after an upcoming long drive. Also rear fender, side mirrors, door pulls need removal of film and reapplication.

Not bad for car with 116k miles.

Updated the mounting hardware on my 991 side skirt project (all black), and went for an evening drive:

Washed then waxed with Pinnacle Souverän. It is great stuff, easy on easy off! Very pleased with the results!

Installed H&R springs on my 997.1 C2S. Accidentally ripped the rear PASM wire right at the base of the threaded shock shaft. Ordered a used rear PASM shock on eBay for $200 shipped.
Note to self/others: don't use an electric impact with the special cut-out socket to fully remove the strut nut. The wire just ends up wrapping around the socket. A manual ratchet/socket did the trick just fine on the other side.
Other than that, suspension install is a breeze.

Looks like what I used as well. I have the same ones. It really breaks up the sea of sand beige nicely. I may go with the black alcantara shift **** and boot next.

Same - I did black/tan checkered in my natural brown full leather with a black Sport Design (GTS) steering wheel. I love it.

Here....

Note that there are lots of cheap asian imitation versions on Ebay and other sites. These are made in South Carolina.

Really badged my 997.2 carrera , removed carrera and installed 911, some ghosting of carrera but easily removed it with "Rutland White Off" it's a glass cleaner for fireplaces .worked great! No swirling or scratching .

Covered the last bright metal on the car with this clever plug from Bumper Plugs (no affiliation).

Ordered a frunk switch. I've seen posts where the sill needs to come out and ones where you can pop the switch out of the sill and leave it in place.

Replaced mine when I first bought the car. Pretty simple DIY.
