I have H&Rs on my C4S and it was too low for my taste (and scraped everywhere) I installed front eibach springs and took the spring and helpers out and now it is perfect. No scraping and it feels better than before.

They are Fuchs Style Replicas that I found on eBay, the fronts are 19x8.5 +55 and the rears are 19x11 +50. They are sold by AutoSports European, and I am very happy with the wheels. I get a ton of compliments on the car and I love the classic look. I have different wheels for when I track my car.

The wheels came packaged very well and included the center caps with the Porsche logo on them.

At the time when I bought them I didn't know which wheel setup I wanted to go with, so I bought these in the mean time and haven't looked back. I also have another set that are Fifteen52 and love those wheels as well, I currently use this setup for the track. Next year I am moving over to 18" Apex SM-10 wheels for the track.

It really is amazing how simple changes like wheels can transform a car.

I have one as well and it definitely a game changer. I definitely have gotten my moneys worth out of my QuickJack. I took it to the track with me once when I have my 2008 BMW M3, and it worked like a charm there as well. It is very portable which is one of the reasons why I bought mine.

Beautiful car by the way!

I continue to lower my 997’s value by the mile. 9,000 miles in 8 months on top of 3,000 miles on the 996 over the same 8 months. Neither is a daily driver. Addicted…..maybe. Happy New Year to all.

I installed a hardtop on my 997.2.
I’m planning to have it painted Platinum Silver to match. Surprisingly the black didn’t look bad on the silver, but it has many scratches.

Drove it. A lot. Hot and humid but was a much needed morning.

Since Christmas I did a few things and just finished off today.

Front bumper off
Cleaned radiators
Replaced low tone horn
Detailed wheels inside and out
Cleaned/greased/services my Bilstien B16's
Removed headlight washers
Fixed Pioneer double din (wasn't grounded properly so couldn't access most settings)
Painted the stereo/climate control trim
Gutted and welded in new studs on my original cats (one rattles, will recycl the innards and its temporary until I can get a nice sport cat x-pipe)
Took rear bumper off and cleaned everything
Changed my oil and filter
Painted rear Carrera S badge satin black
And finally polished the whole car.
I'm tired.

There was one I found that was decent, I'll edit this if I can find it. The main notes are, be careful taking everything apart, but it all comes apart pretty easily. Mask the areas where the buttons go otherwise they won't fit when you put it back together. Use good paint, SEM trim paint and primer. 12ish coats of paint, sand between coats to reduce orange peel.
