More upholstery projects... Got the dome light panel covered.
Patterned the panel:

Transferred and sewn the leather pattern. Thread matched sand beige. Panel is cocoa brown.

Installed and added LED interior lights

I did the same thing to my center console. It was PITA to do. Fitment was 90% ok.

I wanted to do the doors as well (since my car didn't come with full leather option) but I already gave up after doing center console.

changed all four brake pads and rotors, and bled the brakes. discovered that instead of a plastic clip, some zip ties were holding down the rear brake pad wear sensors to the metal bracket behind the rotor. see picture below (not my picture but shows the part). anybody know what the part number for this is?

I detailed the OZ racing wheels & dressed the Hoosiers in satin gloss.

Cant do it from what I have seen for 997s. Gps sells an adaptor but I think it’s for 991 and newer caymans/boxsters. Left it for looks or if someone figures something out.

It won't be figured out. I would remove it and get the GT4 rear shroud (it covers up the hole).
The wheel looks great though!

Thanks! Does the gt4 differ from the manual shroud? The manual one covers the pdk shifters. It wouldn’t have covered the sport plus **** as it comes off of the metal part of the wheel, not the back. Left it as I didn’t want a hole.

It will once I get it coded!

Now just dealing with a small noise. I think the wheel is hitting the steering surround. Only happens 10% of the rotation of the wheel. Will have to disassemble and refit.

The 981 (2016) GT4 only comes in Manual. I believe many people have removed the sport plus circle but not sure what is left behind....

Installed my recently re-sprayed front bumper and installed a FabSpeed intake this afternoon.

Yes I am aware the deck lid does not need to be removed for an air intake install; it is off for other reasons, will share soon!
