95 ft/lbs. A drop of oil on threads.

The drill is that you lube the threads of the lug bolt and underneath the head of the bolt but the cone has to be perfectly clean, no lube whatsoever. Don't sweat the magic potions recommended by P. Any oil or grease is fine, whats important is to lube what has to be lubed and clean what doesn't.
Its also a good idea to get a generic bolt that fits to make a thread chaser. Cut 3 or 4 slots into the bolt parallel to the bolt and run it through the the threads in the hub with lots of oil, WD40, whatever s cutting fluid.
Also, hit the hub hat that the wheel mounts to with a wire brush, and also the inside of the wheel that mounts to the hat and oil/grease the hat. The next time you have to take of the wheel, it will pop right off.
