My Targa came w alot of Red stitching but some parts missing. I had these done by Don @ Dallas SW. Already changed to Red seat belts. Now SW,Lid & E-Brake.

It odd how so many order the deviated stitching but forget to order the part to deviate the stitching on the e-brake, shift boot and steering wheel. It's all in the details and so many miss the boat big time on these options. It will look so good and complete now that you've got all these parts fixed.

More like the dealer screwed up and did not inform the buyer on what else needed to be purchased in order for those parts to have the matching stitching

IMO the mats are ugly, but the rest is beautiful!

The mats are a little much for me, I'd probably do black with red piping/stitching (I had this setup on another car, that had black/red 2-tone leather on the interior) but the rest looks great.

I had Don do a steering wheel a few months ago, really like it. He does nice work. Took stock wheel and put perforated/smooth leather and nice and FAT compared to the 997.1 stock wheel which was too thin for my preference.

BTW, in the end the OP probably paid a lot less for these changes via Don with quality that is right there with OEM.

Highly recommend Don's steering wheels for custom work.

Deviated stitching orders are extremely complex--most dealers have no clue how to help because Porsche's options lists are so extensive. You were fortunate to find a competent shop who could do all of that so well. Excellent!

As with any mods, it's hard to know when to stop.
I think I would have stopped just before the red floor mats.
They overpower all the nice deviated stitching, which is really nice, BTW.

Default RED installed

I installed the 3 pieces from Don, they match perfectly.
The BLACK interior was very BORING even w the red stitching so I put in the Red mats and Cargo mat w custom logo I had before. Eye of the beholder!
