Default Hardwork deserves a reward

Detailed the car today and was rewarded with an awesome drive in it. Washed, stripped, clay bar’d, polished, sealed, waxed the car after getting it back with the clear-bra. Turned out amazing so I went for a drive with the family, and people say it's not a family car. So far the 997 hasn't disappointed, composed when you want it that way and a monster with sportplus engaged.
Today was a prefect day.

Well done. It's always good to get the time to detail a 911 on a nice day, miss that.

Tell me - what affect does the claybar have? I've never done that, I always handwash and a light coat of wax by hand after / hand buffed with microfiber.

Wow! Super nice and congratulations! You kids are cute. Way too funny. How do you like the Guards Red? I'm looking at a GTS. Too flashy? Too many police pulling you over to chat?

Yes it's stunning when it's shinny. the crappy cell phone pics don't do it justice.

The clay is amazing after a wash it makes your paint very soft. Here is a good video talking about it with a demo of good techniqe.

I use the Griot's clay and it works amazing. do this before you wax/seal and the car looks even better.

Played around with a pic in lightroom and ended up with this.

Nice. Red paint, caliper, and seat belts. Good combo
