Default Got myself a car cover

Hello....

picked up a car cover today with a window for the L plate LOL.....

just wondering if anyone else has one: the thing is TIGHT....a very tight fit......
is this normal? or did I possibly get the wrong model cover?
the dealer just selected that one for my car....

thanx for the comments on this matter

Sounds like the same one I have. It should be snug. MAke sure the car is clean before putting the cover on. Otherwise the dirt will line the inside of the cover and scratch the car.
I always have my car clean but I also give it a quick waterless wash wipe down before tucking her to bed.

you got the porsche oem one with silver guard material? it is very tight. too tight for my taste so i sold it.

i got a nicer one that is super thin and soft instead. silver guard is a nice material though, just too tight and hard to fit on.

+1 ANY dirt.
I sold mine for exactly this reason.

I have the same "tight" cover, however I got a CF spoiler this season and I guess I'll have to make an adjustment (a hole) to fit the cover over the car.

Be careful of the anchors on the inside of the cover, which fit in the trunk lid before you latch it. Very easy to scratch your car with these. Ask me how I know. I sent mine back immediately after trying it on the car.

Have both indoor and outdoor covers from Suncoast. Both are very tight fit....

The oem covers are made to fit that way. Mine is splitting a bit at the seam and I want to buy a different one. Anybody got a high quality but loose fit indoor option?

Default Some pix

pic shows the separation. All due to the tightness. Front right corner.
