Sharkwerks Bypass

Easy install. You my need a hand to lift the exhaust into place.

Very straightforward install. Did mine almost four years ago with the car on the ground. You do need a 1/4 in drive socket set with a flexible adaptor to get the upper bolts. I did it alone but having a helper to assist in positioning is beneficial.
By the way after four years and 30,000 miles the system still looks like new.

I installed mine within a couple of months after buying my 2012 997.2S. I did it by myself with the car on the ground. The top drivers side bolt about caused me to lose my religion, but a bit of chewing gum finally solved the problem of getting the nut started.
Gather all the recommeded tools first, as if you are like me, something will be missing that you really need. The u-joint nut driver is a must in my opinion.
I am still very pleased with the mod.

I think the best tool for the top bolt is a half-moon wrench like this type:
A swivel-head 13mm also works if you have a 6-inch extension (if I recall correctly). With the right tool it can be done much easier. Also it does help to remove the tips to get to them.
