Post 60k Maintenance Quirks - Help!

Folks,
Appreciate the sarcasm, but I am serious as a heart attack w/ these findings/results. I am as surprised as you are with this, and still don't really understand how the two can be correlated. The only reason I am following up on this issue is to let people know my experience. I will make sure to keep monitoring and provide updates as necessary. As stated before, driving habits have remained the exact same pre/post maintenance.
Note: I have a bone dry RMS* (*knock on wood), and my car doesn't consume/burn off any oil between 5k mile oil change intervals, so I have been fortunate to never have to deal with any oil related maintenance issues. In the 1.5 years (and 16k miles) of ownership of this car, it has provided me with very consistent performance, which is why this was so surprising to me. Take this case for what it's worth, I'm only sharing b/c it is also baffling to me and I'd like to know the answer.
