Default Misha designs

Hi there. Does anyone know what has happened to Misha designs? I've been trying to contact then for months with little response. I've waited 3 months for my ducktail spoiler and got 2 responses in the 3months through email from them. I've been trying to reach them for the last month with no reply. Still waiting. Any advice or contacts to Misha would be appreciated. D

I seen them posting on FB every week... let us know if you are able to place your order. I am looking to order a Ducktail soon so I would like to know how your order goes...

Thanks,

XteaK

Carrera….you mean they don't worry about calling their customer's back or responding to their e-mails?? Is that it? I guess being "hard to reach" is one way to characterize that behavior.:roll eyes:

Hard to reach? No way I would tolerate that, take your business elsewhere!!!

if they don't want your money, give it to some that does. I wouldn't tolerate this either. Not like they are the only ones making ducktails. Getty ducktail looks better to me anyway

Thanks guys. Alex was the first to reply me, but once they had my wired transfer, he disappeared. A guy called Mike replied me after 2 months of waiting. Now it's 3 months. Their FB is active and have responded but I think it's managed by an agency, who keeps telling me they will get someone to call me. Money is paid so I cannot go to Getty. Damn.

Maybe I was just lucky, but I got my Misha ducktail last Spring and installed it over the summer. As I posted on another thread the quality is great. Yes at times it was hard to get ahold of and there was a slight delay in getting me the product . They are a small company and the fall is the show season. Notwithstanding they should answer the mail from paid customers.

And no way in hell am I doing business with anyone that takes THAT long to respond or provide a product...seriously.

My contact with Ales was awesome.
Never a delay in response time and delivery time to Canada was exceptional.

There is no excuse not to answer to your paying customers.
