MY FIRST PORSCHE
Search is over (been looking for a long time)
For those who may have noticed some of my post, this is a 180 from what I was originally looking for. I'm currently still on the waitlist for the 991 GT3 and ended buying a 2006 C2S. The main reason is that I am going to start racing my motorocycle in the spring so my track needs will be fulfilled and I just need a reliable car to go to work on a daily basis.
Pictures are from the dealer but look for more pictures over the weekend.
Can't wait to pick it up =)
Mods to come
- aftermarket rims with more aggressive offset or 7/15mm spacers
- LED tail lights
- Gundo hack (got quotes already from two local muffler shops, one quoted me $60 for both and the other $80 for both)
Car has 14K miles, PASM, SC, MT, AeroKit (which I love)
PPI done at Marque Motors in Portland OR was done in record time (called them yesterday afternoon, they said tell the dealer to bring the car, it was there this morning at 8 am, and the car was back at the dealership at 4 pm)

It's reversible in that I can just buy a stock exhaust and reinstall it. Based on reviews, I think I am going to love the Gundo Hack =) Will probably just get a 1.5" pipe so it's not too loud.

Dude, that is bada$$!!! Optioned similar to the 997.1 C2S I just bought for a daily driver - love the interior against the black exterior.
Where are you going to race? PIR? I've got a lot of seat time there and at Pat's Acres.....
