I bought my 930 in Sarasota, FL, and drove it back, detouring through the Dragon. Not the most direct route back to Iowa but definitely the most fun! Drove it three times. It was November and there was zero traffic. What a blast.

Chrono

Now I'm homesick. Florida blows, 'cept for the 12-month riding season and the weather October to May. Other than that, yeah, it pretty much blows.

I used to live a few miles to one of the entrances to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and even the road getting to the Parkway was a technical delight. Being a motorcyclist growing up there, I didn't realize how good I had it.
