New AD08R pressure Recommendations
I just got some Yokohama AD08R tires and am looking for some guidance on pressures. Cold pressures for regular street use as well as DE pressures.
I was running Pilot Super Sports and preferred running them a little lower than spec'd on the street at 33/37 cold.

Great tires. I'd start at 36/40 and then work down from there to dial in for street. Bleed a pound or 1/2 pound each drive till happy.
Not sure for DE. Probably no more than 40 hot.

PAG's tire pressure recs are the same for all tire brands for a given car/tire configuration - all tires should have the same contact patch for a given car. If you like 33/37 on your previous tire, I would try the same values on these tires. And again... cold means 68F, otherwise compensate for T diffs (+1PSI/+10F).

I also have to compensate + 1lb PSI because I'm at 1100 ft above sea level.
Thanks everyone. This gives me a good starting place that I can adjust to taste.
I'm having a few things doe to the car so I just want a steady base level so I don't have too many variables up in the air.

True and modern tires have asymmetric contact patches too. But... PAG tire pressure recs are the same for all brands of supplied tires...

With stock alignment and suspension I'd just use the stock pressures of 34/39 for a 997.2 car.
My stock GTS pressures are 34/37 cold..FYI
I have stiffer suspension and some GT3 upgrades and more than stock negative camberso I run more of a GT3 cold pressure with 31/34.
On the track...I've only tracked these tires once and for 1 session. Once they got over 35/36 hot they slide more. So I'd say no more than 34 HOT for best grip...but again that is my car and driving. If you run stock alignment you will need to run higher pressure to keep the side wall from turning under and to keep more tire on the pavement.

Hey Guys,
I just wanted to post an update for future searches. I've done a few DE's on the tires now and am very happy. I've found that for my car running up to 34/38 hot is the sweet spot. Incredible grip but once that threshold is crossed they start getting greasy. It's hard to say where that put's me cold since they get bled down throughout the day and never really sit long enough to get true cold but I'd guess around 27/30.

Performing CPR and reviving and old thread.
I just put on a set of AD0R's and was wondering if there were any updates or other folks who want to share their tire pressures? 0r is 34F 38R HOT the general consensus?
