Wow - bummer. I had opposite experience so far. I ordered online, got email confirmation, and soon after, shipping notification, and within a few days it arrived via UPS.
It's bit large is my main complaint - seems to have missed 15 years or so of the miniaturization wave. I like the Blutooth / phone features, the speed limit info, and the display - and it works with my old direct wire / smartcord. I'll be pissed in a year or so when they shrink the size in half - and will immediately upgrade it.

It is certainly a bit larger than some alternatives but if you mount it up as high as possible its not really in the way. Since I had the Max, I have noticed times when the speed limit info was outdated for quite a while after a real-world change occurred... just FYI. Be sure to plug it into your computer every few months and apply updates when they become available.

I take my statement back. It is a total waste of money. Arrows are not as quick as a Valentine one. This has inferior range than the V1. I have a V1 but one to try Escort but it was a disappointment. I just got Uniden LDR950 which is 1/3 of the price and performs better. V1 is still king though!
