Default Parse Error

Does anyone use the Rennlist App anymore? The parse error is so prevalent on my App that it renders it pretty much useless.

Nope. It's been messed up for a long time and it seems like every other app gets regularly updated except the Rennlist app.

FWIW. I still have the same thing on my Samsung Note 2 at 6SpeedOnLine as well, but not quite a Parse Error. Shows up as "Error The remote server sent an unknown response. This could be a result of the forum software plugin being outdated or having a conflict." This only occurs once the post has gone past page 1. So I can see early posts but can't get to the longer ones unless I take time on my desktop at work (or grab my wife's at home ... I try to avoid work at home these days so keep my computer at the office). The problem occurred on both Forums at the same time. I have uninstalled each app and reinstalled to no avail and have assumed this is the same as the Parse Error (assumed). Yeah, it is annoying.

The RL and 6Speed are now on a overall car forum called "Garage Talk". Download the app and you will see a ton of car forums. So far so good but I think it will be tweaked after opinions start to float in.

It is also on the iTunes app store

Garage Talk allows my Note 2 to actually work on multi page post. And it looks like I can even see photos. Brilliant, I say, brilliant!!!! Thank you Sneaky Pete for the sage information.

Default Parse Error

I've been using GT for since they announced Rennlist was on it. I say "Meh" but at least it works.

It's like signing up for a membership at the exclusive club, and then they take the money and say, "Cool! Now, we appreciate your business, but we think the club is actually going to be much more likable at THE MALL, so we just moved it there for you. Enjoy!"

Or whatever.

I'm old. Probably all these young kids with their hootie and the blowfish CD's love it.

GT is not the same... why can't they fix the Rennlist app?

It's definitely not fixed. Too bad I'll never see this thread long enough to confirm the solution, since I'll get a parse error next time I open the thread.

Default Parse Error

Garage Talk may not be the same (6speedonline gets slammed with ads) but at least I can get to page 2 now!
