Ended up having to bring the car to the only Porsche dealer in the Republic of Ireland in Dublin - 350 miles away. They diagnosed the fault as the switch on the wiper stalk (arm) so a new one is ordered €450 for the part - labour charges remain to be seen.

headlight washer overspray
My headlight washer on the left side overspray to front windshield area when the tech at dealer checked. Just got the clear bra done to the full front a couple of weeks earlier and the tech there must have done something to the headlight washers (as it was their step to remove both headlights and headlight housing washers).
Dealer quoted me to have it fix for $370, where they said need to remove front bumper to access to it. I tried have the bra shop to rectify the problem. And it is not going anywhere yet.

I know this is an old thread but just incase other come across this issue in the future i had non-fuctioning headlamp washers and heated seats at the same time.
the solution was a handover reset on PIWIS.
