How many of us out there are daily/all season/all weather P car drivers?

Sorry to disagree guys, but its not 'just a car'. Its a Porsche. And that is the reason you drive it in the rain! Everything outstanding about the way the car performs in the dry, double it in the wet. To paraphrase Achleitner, you are sovereign. Of course you still wash it once a week rain or shine. I couldn't even begin to count the times I've washed mine in the rain, so that I had to roll it in the garage to towel it off, knowing that we were going out that night… in the rain! Not something one is likely to do with 'just a car'.
Granted a lot of people have a hard time getting comfortable with driving in the rain. At all. In any car. But once you do, no better car to be doing it in.
^^ Goes double in snow.

That aside, yes I drive my 08 turbo every day, rain, snow, whatever

The only reason I don't drive mine every day is because my commute is a 12 minute walk.
But I couldn't care less what the weather is like whenever I take it out. I even take it out sometimes just to drive it around without having a place to go.

I drive a 911 every day. I'm either in my air cooled 911 Targa or my 997.2 coupe. Life's too short to drive dull cars. Plus Porsches are built to survive all conditions. Better so than most cars.

If you visit the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, you'll see that many of the cars on display have road rash and chips on the front bumper. These cars have been driven, as they should be.

Perhaps I'm in the minority here, but I never drive mine in the rain (or snow when that does occur in Atlanta) simply because of the fear some other idiot will hit me because they're a crappy driver. Mine GTS is a 3rd car for me and the wife so it is pleasure driving on weekends only.

I drive my '09 turbo cab in everything except for heavy snow/ice. I live in Vancouver on top of a hill and there are some days a year where it is difficult for any car to make it to my house.

Oh, I bet there are roughly 60 cars Quadcammer can drive to your house and not even notice its snowing.

I don't drive my 997 everywhere, but I'll drive it in almost any weather.
I'm more concerned about where I can park it than the weather. The town I live in has too many people who are just plain inconsiderate, and who don't keep their cars nice. Nearly every Lexus I see has a dent in a rear bumper or quarter panel, and the owners don't seem to care. Therefore, I won't take it anywhere where I can't either parallel park it or find a parking spot way out in the distance where nobody will park nearby. Not a single door-ding yet, and I don't want any.
