Looks great! I too did this to my Porsche.
I found that if you lay grid graph paper down and then place clear packing tape sticky side up. Place the letters on the clear tape using the graph paper for alignment, then just carry the clear tape with the now stuck on letters to car and stick on car worked great for me.

On the 911S is the lettering flat like the 991 or rounded? I presume rounded is why you chose the macan "PORSCHE" instead of the 991 version but just wanted to clarify. Looks good!

I know this is an old thread but I really like the "P O R S C H E" badge on the back of a 997. I think the OP's red car looks fantastic with those black letters, by the way.
