Seems like the GT3 have to rise at some point since 'The RS' cars have moved upward significantly.
FWIW checked some local Porsche dealer inventory over 190k+ for 992GTS, and used 991 cars non-GT cars in this 140-170k range.
Give me a 997.1 *GTCAR* for 140-170k all day every day,

Just curious, what do you think for a 7.2GT3?

We GTers agree with that sentiment, and I think it's a given that the 7GT cars will outstrip 991 values long run based on sheer volume alone. It's just that those cars are still early on in their depreciation curve.

Non-RS, 160-190s. I think they are all rising along with the RS variants, but RS seem to have taken a steeper appreciation curve lately. They've certainly all risen in the past 2 years.

I recall back in 2018, the 3's were around $120, and the RS at $160
