That photo suggests the 997 could be about half a foot shorter sans rear muffler.

The sound is perfect, the best mod on my car. My car came with it, if you do not have a Sharky bypass and you onw a GT3 you need to get one STAT.
I finally figured out why they made the sunroof mandatory; I can hear the sound much better! I have the wrong mike, so I have to turn the mike way down to get rid of the wind baffle, so you need to turn the sound WAAAAY up:
