i have Had Both the 996 2 and the 997 2 ... the 997 2 is amazing! i loved the car GT3 on steriods!

I probably could not handle all that torque at the track, but torque is wonderful on the street.

Mosport was my first track day, power is fantastic, smooth and linear!

Still quicker thru the corners with my ex well sorted 6GT3, but to fair I need to get used to the GT2, at the end of the day the computer was very intrusive.

George that's a beautiful car, wheels look great, proper size A6.

I measured the 235 and 265 Hoosier A6 side by side, the 235 is 0.5" wider.

These are the dimensions on the 235 A6 I'm running right now on a 9.5" wheel.

Section Width: 266.7mm
Thead Width: 241.3mm

Also, the 235 has a lower profile, better for steering response and identical to the stock front tire diameter.

Your car is very nice. I have a 7GT2 and have owned just about every hipo car since 1962. This 7GT2 will make you throw rocks at all the rest. Enjoy and watch your six at all times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
