Fire Extinguisher???
Does not show as a RS option

Beside which you would have to spec.
P01 Adaptive Sports Seats with Driver Memory

What seats are you getting?

I'd skip the $3,500 (!!!) lift system unless you live somewhere that demands it - have only had a couple of minor lip scrapes, no more often than my previous car (lowered 996) did.

All RS get the sport bucket seat, no option there.

^no seat option according to the Porsche car configurator.

Also just found out that Aqua blue is free in US, but cost $970 in Canada.

This information came from the Order Guide... God, there are so many errors and inconsistencies.

I appreciate your opinion about what options you may think are more desirable for this type of car. Below is my first round of options.

510-Contrasting color - Guard Red
A4-Exterior color - Gray black ($3,140)
810-Floor Mats ($90)
870-Universal audio interface ($95)
474-Front axle lifting system ($3,490)
509 - Fire extinguisher - ($140)
585-Cup Holder (0$))
XUB- Headlight cleaner cover in exterior color ($295)

I assume the wheel color and the side mirrors as well as the rear spoiler come as Porsche shows in their web site.

Thanks for your comments
I'd suggest getting bluetooth for convenience -- it's crazy that it's not part of the car, but so it goes. And I think for resale, BT is a check-box item (an expected minimum.)

As noted, the RS can't get the factory fire-ex (which is crazy that they can't stamp a mounting bracket for the GT2 seats.

DON'T get the cup holders -- it removes the GT3 RS trim from the dash (not a good compromise) and the cup holders are position to spill coffee on the shifter and the console electronics (nuts!)

I would even consider the airco and stereo delete to shave off some (serious) weight : hardcore

Noselift can be convenient though, the extra weight on the front is no handicap on a 911 ! Or if this bothers you, what about riding with a fuel tank that's never full to compensate

Sure, if a 1/4 second per lap on a non-timed track-day is worth you spending the day smelling like a pig, when you're all sweated up after that full-on hardcore track session at maximum attack (which you must be doing if you feel the need to save that 1/4 sec from your perfect lap-time).........

Get a/c, get satnav, get a cupholder etc. Make the RS a nice environment to spend some time in on the way to the track, or even for a road-trip. If you really really must have that last 0.5 secs per lap, spend it on instruction first, or if you are that good and that competitive, buy a Cupcar.
