Thanks for everybody's advice the seat back stickers just pealed right off used a little goo gone to remove the residue. As far as the visors go I won't attempt removing the stickers had a bad past experience so I ordered the leatherette sunvisors from Germany.A costly alternative but at least those stickers will be gone.

I searched for this topic after just getting my car a week ago. I did the hair dryer trick and the stickers came off in about 30 seconds. A little Goo Gone after that followed by a wipe with Griot's Interior cleaner and it's like they were never there.
