Default 997.1 GT3 crank case leak - live with it?

First owner of '07 GT3.

Had the RMS leak early on, dealer attempted to fix it several times, 3rd time was the charm. leak free for the last 8 years or so.

Got another leak recently, had a feeling it wasn't RMS, as it was stronger (much larger puddle under the car compared to RMS). Left with dealer, they said it wasn't RMS, was something else (will get details later this week) but was an easy, painless fix.

BUT they said they noticed a slight leak from the crank case, unrelated to the leak that prompted me to bring her in in the first place.

They said it shouldn't be much of an issue, it's very minor for now, and shouldn't cause any problems, just to watch that it doesn't get worse, as fixing it requires the major surgery of opening up the motor.

So question is: do people just live with this? Do I just consider it a "feature" like on 993's?

Did a search here for "crank case oil leak" and most of the hits i got were from 2007-10. So i'm guessing people are just living with this?

thanks!

Is the CASE leaking? There were issues in the 07-08 timeline of porous cases, i know some had engines replaced as a result.

JB Weld. I've done it on a pinhole and it worked but looks ugly. Use the quick variety.
