Can You Still Spec Out A.........
2011 GT3. I have a friend who wants to order one is it to late? I made a call to my local dealer for him and was told they have 2 coming in and it's to late to change both of them. Whats the consensus in other states same thing? I'm in Los Angeles. What decides Porsche to stop building the GT3 model? Different models down the pipeline maybe? Need some Insight . Greg

I'm purchasing my Euro Delivery GTS at Downtown Porsche in LA.
Jonathan Arvatz is my sales person. He mentioned a December allocation for GT3 I believe.

Terrific I'll have my friend give them a call. Does a December allocation mean the car is already ordered? and what month will the car be built? Greg

I think the allocation is given in December and can be specified to his preference once available. I guess it would be delivered in Feb/March.
You might as well try Jonathan in Downtown LA since you're in San Francisco. He has been helpful
with my Euro Delivery.
Good luck and let me know how things work out.
FYI: they also have a RS that isn't selling b/c it has Sport Bucket Seats and he mentioned alot of folks don't like them. They might deal on it but can't say for sure.
Oops... you're in LA.. even better
