I would love to know what everybody paid and what the dealer was willing to take off MSRP. The dealers in Maryland are taking about 3% off a $165k RS. Not much of a deal.

If you do not mind a superman car there is a dealer with a blinged out ($160ish MSRP)2010 that he will sell in the $130's. The dealer in Detriot
I thought about buying it, making the red stuff black.......or keeping it looking like superman.....
I went another route....good luck on your search

My 2011 GT3RS will arrive this weekend. 3% off MSRP. I tried several dealer. If you order new that's what you will get, unless you are willing to buy from the other end of the US and pay up for transport. If the dealer has the car on the lot you can get 5% off or even more. That's my experience.

Why buy new? You can find used ones and save $$. Most don't even drive them. I still don't understand why people buy new cars, drive them 2k miles and sell. I don't even know why I bought mine, modded it and never really drove it. I would also avoid buying used from a dealer. You'll overpay. Based on all your posts, you're clearly looking hard and doing your due diligence. I think it will pay off and in the end, you'll be 100% satisfied with whatever car you decide to purchase. Cheers - G

I got almost 10% off msrp 2 weeks. I'm a repeat buyer so I was able to negotiate a smoking deal. The car was heavily optioned and sitting in the lot. I was told dealers have a lot of incentives to sell new cars.
