Looking for a test ride in Quebec!?
Hi currently own a 300hp Lotus Elise and I'm slowly considering a 997 GT3 (2008).
Is there anyone in here in the Quebec city area that would be kind enough to give me a ride in his GT3?
I'd go to the dealer, but,
1- they don't have any in stock
2- I'd hate to drive a brand new GT3 knowing my budget only allows for a used one
Any help's appreciated.

Just go to Tremblant on any DE weekend - there will almost certainly be one of the locals there - they may not be in stock form or equipped with street tires, but may as well see them in action on a fantastic track.

That's what I plan to do. I have a track day at LCMT on august 26-28. There is always a couple GT3s showing up.
But I'd love to have a ride on the street as well. Trying to make as much an educated choice as possible.

I can give you a ride during BAB but I don't have a 2008. And the car is not in showroom stock form
Nothing too crazy. Some springs, lowered, couple other bits, and slicks.
If you want a better chance of a ride in a mkI GT3 come up during Labor Day weekend (all three days) and I can find someone to give you a ride in the car you are looking for. Talk to me at BAB.
A 996 GT3 would be a reasonable approximation of the 997 mkI. The differences are more subtle and the major differences are in the trim.
