Default Trade on value for 10 GT3RS

I have 10 GT3RS with 7.5k miles and am waiting for possible allocation for 991RS.
The dealer called me they have a possible buyer for my car.
What do you think fair trade in value is? no word yet for 991rs.

no track miles, full leather, PCCB , white/red

TIA.

Keep the car until you have the RS allocation in your name, and then deal with the old car.

^^^ You'd be better off to sell it yourself. If its nice you could probably put in on eBay and make more than what the dealer will offer you.

The market is very wide (where buyers live and sellers hope for) and there are a lot of cream puff .2 rs on the market. I know of 4 at least. Seems like the .2 rs guys getting ready to roll up.

I sent you a pm with what I know.

170-180ish, I'd sell it myself though.

Hang onto it until your 991RS arrives, then determine if trade in offer + tax credit is better than selling it on your own. It's not likely to decrease in value.

like others have said, selling it privately will yield more money. Dealers are marking these cars up by $20-25k. If you live in a state that provides tax credits on trade in, I'd go that route if you dont want sell on your own.

My best GUESS would be about $160k retail.

If I'm not mistaken, owner of a nice black PTS car was quoted ~145 trade towards the Riv Blue car at PNH. She declined.

I think the real trade in money is 140-148k ish. I think that 180k is way out there for a retail number. Maybe ask 165k for a retail number and land at 155k? We haven't had one in awhile so it is a tough call. We just missed the Dolphin Grey RS that we sold here new back in 11. A lucky private party scooped it up quickly and beat us to the punch. Tough call as these gen 2 RS's are few and far between. Especially cars that have not seen a track. How much in two years from now? Five years from now? 300k?
