997 GT3 2007 *300 miles* - Help

Given you guys are some of the most knowledgable GT3 guys on the planet, I have a request for some information and advice.
I have recently acquired as part of a collection a 2007 GT3 (White with Black) with only 300 miles. Purchased originally from Gaudin Porsche (Vegas) in 2008. Shipped to Europe kept in ambient conditions and cared for as part of a large private collection in Switzerland.
It is as new, never driven apart from being started and rotated once a week.
It is a wonderful example and brand new.
I can send it back to the USA as it is a US Dealer supplied car.
Questions/advise sought:
(1) Value in keeping it (appreciating asset)?
(2) Any specialist buyers I can offer it to?
(3) Any private buyer on the forum interested?
(4) If advertised, where would you advertise it to max the value?
I also have a (Black/Black) 2008, 200 mile C4S Cab Triptronic as well, if anyone is interested.

Sunroof GT3 is a great 911 to have and values are indeed strong.
The sunroof GT3 was not the right car to mothball however... It is in the shadow of the RS and the 997.2 GT3 series....
Being such a low mile car, it will have a different market of buyers. Buyer who will buy anything with low miles.
Hard car to put a price on it. $150k-$190k?
U.S market with strong dollar is an option. But you would want to get it there first.
An auction that sees alot of Porsches would be nice. RM perhaps.
Best to give Sloancars a call and see what they would give you for a quick sale....
Too bad about the 200 mile C4S cabrio... tiptronic and not DFI... Typically a $50k car with miles.... So maybe a $100k car?

**Edit** Actually, I'm calling BS on the OP. Why would a person buy a car that was made over there, ship it back to over there, and stick it in storage? Don't they sell GT3's in Europe? This whole story is stupid. Or it's an example of the commercial running on TV these days of the super rich paying stupid money to do stupid things. Either way, I'm not buying it (pun intended). Or, to answer your question, it's a 7 year old car with low miles. Kelly Blue Book says $85,248. Of course that would not include shipping.

The car is obviously for sale and I am asking for advice there is nothing disguised about my request at all.
The benefit to me is that I get good honest advice and a short learning curve
The advantage to anyone who is a regular is that he has first shot at a desirable car, might just be what they have been looking for.
For the doubters:
Car was purchased by a collector for his collection in Switzerland
He bought it and shipped it, $/CHF FX was great in 2008.
He died his estate have sold the vehicles, I purchased 11 cars
USA spec car will make more money in the USA market
Any one interested can email me , all docs will be provided by email immediately ,any verification can be made

I am for real as is the car and I need help to flip it in the US.
Only reason a US spec car after rudimentary research will fetch more in US than in Europe.
Help is all I asked for......

sloan may be your best choice
sunroof GT3 7.1 is a driver car, not a collector car.
$100k on a good day, i mean it seriously.
there is no way you will fetch 150+. i have traded several 7.1RS with 1k-2k miles for $160 or less in the last few months. so that's your gauge.

Excuse me, but it just seamed weird that you buy such a low mile car and not really know the value of the car! But to help you out. I doubt you will get more money for it in the US than you would in Europe? Contact someone like garage 11 in Germany and see if they can help you out.
