Hard to get out of gear

Hard to get out of gear
Just got back from a 4 days alp pass tour. Going down a mountain I started having a minor issue.
When I get the car up to temperatur (not just cruising, but from hard use), I occasionally have an issue getting the car out of gear, requiring a hard firm pull on the gear stick.
No issue going into gears.(no grinding gears or the like)
No issues at idle (stand still)
No clucth slip.
No issues when when under acceleration.
Only an issue when going down in speed, coasting towards a red light etc.
Never an issue when cold.
No brake fluid loss seen.
No noises etc.
I learned that pushing the clutch in fast and resolute, I never have have an issue getting out of gear.
Ideas?

Bad slave cylinder the clutch pedal won't come up all the time would be another symptom. Not sure if you have an RS but it's possible the mechanical noises of the lwt flywheel could be masking any TOB noise.

The slave theory is that once warm, fluid can leak past the piston seal, not fully activating the clutch. A rapid foot on the clutch pedal would nok be as sensitive to leaking slave, being the reason why Is have no issue if i operate rhe pedal fast and determind.
I might go with a bleed first and see.

Bleed first. But.
I had an issue a while back when hot hard to get out of gear.
It was a near new rs40 pressure plate failure. Got hot and would not fully release the motor.

Not really,
Just went through a similar problem except I couldn't get the car into gear. In my case it was the clutch slave cylinder...

looking at older threads, it seems the gt3 RS pressure plate is prone to failure.
can others with the PP fail confirm that it relates to hot conditions chaging out of gear, and that fast clutch pedal action helps?
1. Is my 7.2 GT3 non-rs, PP different? I only read obout RS PPs failing.
2. What is actually failing? TOB groove wear, fingers bend or ring/finger cracks?
3. Which parts should I replace it with? (do not want a LWFW)

I had a similar problem, basically car would be 'stuck' in a gear, and would require more force than usual to change gears. At we first tried changing the slave. It didn't work, and turned out to be the TOB.

just get the latest rev of all the parts, I'd get Porsche branded too (bite the bullet)... ugh.
hope and pray the PP is good out the box :-)
