Default Short term storage question for 2011 997.2 Turbo S

Several times a year I need to store my Turbo for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. Would it be better to disconnect the battery for that period of time or use a battery maintainer. Thanks for your input.

Battery maintainer for sure. 6-8 weeks is no real issue for storage. Plenty of Porsche’s routinely sit for that long.

or buy an antigravitry battery you'll never worry about any of that again, self-jumping option

In the winter, I have 7 cars that sit on Battery Tenders. Never had a problem except once when I used a Porsche tender that plugs into the cig lighter. It failed and I didn't know it. In the Spring I had to do the old fuse jumper routine.
