I actually brought mine to their service location on 5th Ave in NYC...what an absurd place...all the "technicians" walk around in white lab coats...
I am currently hooked on my IWC but the Daytona will always work it's way into the rotation...

Wait another 6 months to a year and watch the prices fall. It's 2007, stock market took a dump and most of the housing market is in a slump. This isn't 3 to 4 years ago when our enconomy was strong. I will bet you that in the not so fare future you will see some nice discounts on Turbo's.

Such is the free-market. God Bless America.
Oh, and yeah, I paid MSRP for mine.

Well, if you're serious, I'll pull the trigger. Two weeks from now, I'll be bored......well you know the drill!!
Btw, I'm about to pull the trigger on a 430 spider, could you please pm me your impressions and what tranny you went with? How much better you like it compared to your 360 and your impressions of the tranny (whichever one you got)
Thanks old pal!

You can ship a car from NY to CA for about 1500 to 2000.
So find a dealer who will give you the best price, be it 8,000 or more off and you will make the smart move.
Don't forget to take into consideration the sales tax, wonder if you could find the state with the lowest sales tax........ then I believe you need to wait a few weeks before you bring it to CA, not sure about other states.
Great ways to save money if you look and ask. How about wind downs. People who drive the car off the lot then have a misfortune and have to give it back losing their downpayment. Car has 100 miles or so but it can be sold as new.

in most states you actually pay the sales tax where you live, not where you buy the car, so unfortunately that will not work - you have to pay the sales tax before your state will register and title the car
