Default Aftermarket Exhaust system 997 TT.1

A general question for the forum:
My 2009 TT is very quite compared to the 996 TT X50 that I sold recently..
Any good Exhaust systems that have been installed on yours?
Drone??? Sound level? what would you recommend..
In the meantime I am getting a SS Quadtips.

I had the AWE Gen 2, which had a very nice tone. Certainly louder than stock, but most everybody would likes the sound. I have my system back in the box, as my car was a CPO purchase, and the dealer had to remove the exhaust to meet CPO requirements. Exhaust was on when originally offer by dealer. I'm not likely to install it, so if you are interested, let me know.

Europipe is a highly regarded (and popular) 99x Turbo exhaust

I just placed an order last night with Europipe. Stef who has been in contact with me assured me of its quality and performance with the 997.1 and 997.2 TT. I've listened to the vid and read numerous testomonials that convinced me that this was the exhaust for me. Chris, aka TT Surgeon whom has tried other after market exhausts and wasn't happy with them, had nothing but accolades for this exhaust. As far as the sound, no drone inside the cabin, but great Porsche air cooled sound exteriorly.
Here is the clip to see if you haven't already on Youtube. My order will arrive around October 21st. I will report back at that time after the install.

The only negative comment I can recall hearing regarding the EP has been the price.

I like the Europipe sounds from that vid, louder and deeper than my Milltek. But I am happy with my Milltek. Vid below is a pretty good representation (but I have 200 cell cats vs. 100 in the vid).

I went with the cargraphic system...sounds great and there is no drone. Also, very happy with the Fabspeed tips.

AWE Gen 2 and it is awesome both from fit and finish and sound. no drone in the cabin but you can hear the engine clearly. As it has "burned" in @2K miles now the sound has depended an become richer.
Lots of posts on this do a search and you will find a proponent for every system on the market

I have the Tubi on my '09 Turbo Cab, and since we sell TechArt (just ask), I have the TechArt twin tips as well. Put the Tubi on the second day I owned the car. Fantastic.
