Wet sanding is tricky business. The clearcoat on the factory paint is extremely thin and if you remove too much then you have to repaint the entire panel. If they already wetsanded the whole car but there is still some orange peel on the back end, I would just live with it rather than risk screwing up your paint by sanding it again.
