Would like to know that also. My Turbo S Cab has a Dec 10 build date. Dealer claimed 1200 total for all S models 600 coupes 600 Cabs but he also said the builds would end this year but I think that's not the case.

Gj325: How were you able to obtain a build date for your S? My dealer has no clue of my build date except for, "it will be build during the month of Nov".

My dealership, which is owned by a good friend of mine, told me that Porsche will be building the 911 Turbo S beyond the current run of cars. I asked whether I had to order one for a December build date, and he said not to worry, there will be an additional model year.
However, since the new 991 Turbo will be out by 2012-2013, that may be a better and more powerful car.
