Don't you wonder about ads like this - garaged in Orange County but Montana plates - has a "rare disorder" whatever that might be and a single driver but 3 owners...but then I guess all our cars are "single driver"

Impressive.
On the picture of the front wheel, isnt the date of manufacture at the top of the tire next to the size? Am I reading 0707? as in seventh week of 2007??
Could the tires be original????? Or someone bought an overstock item recently, and the "smart" seller is making a comment which is killing the car... one of the two.
Sellers are as arrogant as stupid buyers let them become... fact of life.

Best looking 81k mile tire I have EVER seen.
'The ability control' along with rare disorder. Nice.

Actually some collectors register in Montana legally and live in another state. There is a way to register in MT, get plates from that state and not pay any sales tax in your home state.
Otherwise, agree the add sounds "buyer beware"

Tag frame does indicate it may live in SoCal. http://www.hergesheimer.com/ is a well known shop in Orange County. Now a car with 80K miles with a $80K buy it now does not sound like the deal of the century to me...

Yeah, he is definitely reaching.
However, I'll give him some credit for having a LOT of "bits" that are upgrades--ceramic brakes, reverse sensing, lots'o leather pieces that are not stock (center console, door handle areas, air vents, door sills, etc.).

We own a home in Montana....that's the easiest way. I know they've cracked down on non-resident vehicle registration. They check the property tax records before letting me renew by phone.
Don't know about the Robb Report ad.
