Default Probable CPS Issue ?

Greetings , first post in the 986 Forum ……spent most of my time in the 928 Forum as an owner from around 2005-2012. Ditched that front loaded V8 for the nibble 986 about 9 years ago , search has been my friend along with Google but on this one I am hoping to get some insight.
MY1999 Base with about 60k on the clock. Fires up and runs great when cold , once it heats up it will stumble under a light load from about 2500-3000 in all gears then smooth out , lots of missing all banks during that time. Come to a stop , clutch in / neutral and the idle will drop below 800 and die maybe 70% of the time , other times it will kick back up. It will always start back up , sometimes a goose to the throttle will keep it going. I am thinking CPS Sensor , even though it always fires up , once heated up it exhibits these signs pretty consistently. I am hoping its not an electrical gremlin , dealt with enough of those on the 928 to last a lifetime. New CPS is in route , looking for any insight others may have who have experienced similar. Thanks guys !

Post all of the codes. Hard to know what it could be without them.

Are you using a durametric or other reader to see the missing/misfires?

Just a basic code reader :

P0134
P1319
P1313
P1314
P1316
P1317
P1318

I should also note it does not throw codes every time it misses or dies.

How old are the o2 sensors? What about plugs/coils?

this might help: https://www.renntech.org/topic/32676...7-p1318-p1319/
or this one: http://986forum.com/forums/boxster-g...ult-codes.html

have you cleared the codes and then see if they come back?

CPS are fairly cheap & will fail sometime you may want to install a new one, I don't think there is a specific code that indicates has failed.

Thanks for the reply will check out the links. Codes were cleared and did not come back however symptoms persist. Pretty consistent symptoms once engine is heated up. Codes indicate misses on all cylinders , would not think all plugs and coils failed at the same time?

As expected , it was a wiring issue. There had been some previous wire repairs due to rodent damage , and those repairs were starting to come undone. Found them , repaired them and the issues have stopped she is running good !
