Default Factory hardtop...best place to buy spin locks?

Hello all,

I made an offer (which was accepted today) to buy a factory hardtop for my Boxster S, and my car had never had the OEM spin locks installed. Do you guys have recommendations about good dealers or even RL sponsors that I could buy the spin locks from for a reasonable/competitive price? Since the top is about 150 miles away from me, I'd like to make sure it's properly secured for the drive home of course. Thanks a bunch!

Any chance getting them from the hardtop seller. They are removable. Years ago I installed a set anticipating a hardtop purchase. Never happened. So there are cars in similar circumstances with a set. Guy who sold them to me even showed me how they installed.

Since you're in Washington, perhaps you could order them from Sunset Porsche in Oregon?
Here's the video I watched to help with the install. Be careful to get them on the proper side.

Thanks guys, appreciate it. Suncoast Porsche got my business as they offered them in a set for $125 with all parts whereas Sunset Porsche (which is closer to me indeed) was hopelessly confusing to find them on their website despite my search criteria. I appreciate the video link @max911 and I'll be cautious with the installation for sure.

One other thing I learned with my hardtop install is that there are shim pieces that go into the front hardtop frame.
I was wondering why i had a little rattle in my top until I read about these and found out they were missing from my newly purchased top.

Thank you @max911 I didn't know about these and will order them as well. I'm definitely a Boxster newb and even more of a hardtop newb! I appreciate it.
