Default Show me your shift *****

I've honestly never been a big fan of the factory 986 Boxster S shift **** design, meaning I don't like the way it fits in my hand compared to other Porsche models. Has anyone here been able to successfully use other factory shift ***** to mate with their Boxster rubber shift boot?

Example of shift ***** I really like include the 997 GT3 style and also the 993 style, but I know the real trouble is that our shifter boot console has a unique shape, so let me know what you guys have tried that works. I am already using a 997 GT3 shifter, which I absolutely love. Thanks in advance for any cool ideas so that I can see other options out there.

I opted for the Raceseng circuit sphere 100 shift ****. Still working on getting a boot for it. I ordered a leather one on eBay for $23, but still need to get a plastic base for it.

Thanks for sharing that one bud, I haven't seen it before.

Although I definitely wish it were a bit more affordable, I have found myself eyeing the 996 GT3 style ****.

No problem. I got fed up looking for an oem solution. I even ordered a used tequipment one on eBay only to find out it was broken inside and wouldn’t mount (was able to return it).

The ICT one posted above was going to be my back up if I didn’t like the raceseng one. But so far I really like it. It’s delrin so won’t heat up in the sun.
