What Exactly Is A Door Finisher In Porsche Lingo?
As I mentioned yesterday I drove an 05. Very nice car. I was looking at the options that were installed and it says "leather covered door finisher". For the life of me, what is a door finisher?
Anyone know?

Open the door. See the sill? The finisher is on the interior portion of the lower sill, the sill guard is on the 'floor' of the sill where your feet would scuff it. With the door closed, in the driver's seat, you can see the finisher.
Finishers can be leather, soft-touch, carbon (yeah, we do that) and we can paint-match them too.
